Types of Microblading

3D Hairstroke Brows

This is the basic way to Microblade brows, it purely just comprises of a hairstroke effect created by one blade, there is no shading or powdered effect and uses less pigment. This style usually lasts around 9-12 months before a top up is needed.  TO SEE MORE PHOTOS CLICK ON INSTAGRAM LINK TO THE RIGHT OF THIS PAGE.

Top up is required after 4 weeks.

Please note the whole treatment consists of a two stage process, the first treatment, which heals after 4-6 weeks, then a top up is included in the price to go over any areas that may have faded or patchy either through not getting enough pigment on the day or through scabbing (this can happen, where the pigment can be pulled out, just like a tattoo). It also enables you to voice any concerns you have over the thickness or length or the shape of the brow and can be corrected or changes on the day of the top up.

Ombre/Powdered

Suitable for those who enjoy a ‘powder/tint/HD brow’ look and not a hair-stroked look.

This is also highly recommended for blonde haired people, red heads, or those with naturally fair eyebrows as you cannot successfully microblade blonde, or light coloured hairstrokes.

The ombré is created by matching up your natural brow colour, using that to fill in the whole brow, and then loosely fading the front of the brow making it appear as two-tone.

This will also make the whole ‘powder’ effect look less prominent, as you will not have any harsh angular shapes at the front of the brow… just a beautifully faded out effect.

This style is the most popular amongst clients using more pigment and can last around 12-18 months before top ups are required.
